The successful candidates will go through a comprehensive training programme with the guidance of the Banking professionals within the Bank. Upon successful completion of the training period and fulfillment of other required criteria included in this scheme, the Banking Trainees will become eligible to be considered for absorption to the permanent cadre of the Bank with a greater career prospects to reach higher echelons of the Bank in the years to come.
