ASSISTANT RISK POLICY AND MODELLING MANAGER – IRM DEPARTMENT

You should ideally;

• possess a degree (preferably in Statistics, Mathematics or Finance) or full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank
• possess 6 years of executive experience in the banking/finance field with credit experience in a lending role
• possess experience and skills in retail and portfolio risk management
• possess a sound knowledge in current market conditions, macro-economic & industry information and regulatory framework
• possess very good analytical and quantitative skills
• be an expert in Excel
• have good communication and presentation skills

Your main responsibilities will be as follows;

• supporting in developing and reviewing credit risk models and procedures
• quantification of risk components, internal capital assessment and capital planning
• developing and reviewing risk policies, guidelines and frameworks covering the overall risk exposures, including credit risk, traded & non-market risk, liquidity risk and operational risk
• conducting periodical risk monitoring and reporting to the senior management, BIRMC and to the Board of Directors
