Responsibilities :

• Establishing a dedicated export channel and exploring new markets and setting up retail as well as commercial export customers to promote the extensive range of Tiles and Bathware. 
• Taking measures to increase the company's share in the export market by venturing into new markets and researching and developing appropriate sales channels in the overseas market 
• Developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies for the export market, preparing budgets, monitoring performance and taking follow up actions to ensure the achievement of objectives and targets set out in the Marketing Plan 
• Representing the Company in overseas sales promotional activities including trade fairs and exhibitions 
• Formulating pricing strategies for products in the export market in consultation with the Finance & Marketing Departments to obtain the desired mark -ups 

Requirement :

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing with specialization in Export Marketing 
• Five to Six (5 to 6) years of work experience in Export Marketing 
• Knowledge in International sales contract terms, foreign currencies, tariffs, trade regulations, Customs regulations and Competitor activities in the global market will be an added advantage 
• Skills in cross cultural negotiations and communication, formulating Export Marketing Plans, Marketing strategies and Pricing strategies 
• Should be a dynamic, results oriented team player with strong interpersonal skills
