We are looking for an individual who is willing to take up following responsibilities and possess below mentioned qualifications & skills: 

Duties and responsibilities include: 

1. Collecting invoices, GRN and other supporting documents from factories, showrooms, warehouses and the head office relevant to supplies and forwarding to the finance department to process payments 
2. Issuing stationary, promotional material and uniforms to employees at the head office, warehouses, factories and showrooms and maintaining relevant records 
3. Maintaining stock levels of stationary and informing Manager Procurement when the need for replenishment arises 
4.  Coordinating with suppliers and following up with the finance department for release of payments within the stipulated credit period 

Requirement: 

• G C E (A/L) 
• Diploma in Purchasing /Supplies Management with at least one year of experience in a similar capacity 
• Excellent computer literacy 
• Good negotiation skills 
• Age below 30 years
