Responsibilities  

• Crafting, optimising and monitoring visual merchandising guidelines that are in line with the brand's visual style guide 

• Ensuring optimum availability, assortment and visibility of products based on the priorities cascaded 

• Ensuring OTIF delivery and display guidelines are met for all brand collateral 

• Effectively maflaging costs and continuing cost saving initiatives

Qualifications Required  

• A Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a professional qualification in a related industry 

• 2+ years of work experience, with a proven track record in a similar capacity 

• The ability to work well with diverse teams 

• The capacity to work with constructive criticism Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio 

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and/or other visual design tools will be an added advantage 

• Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices
