Systems Engineer (Network) – The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Limited

The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Limited (ANCL), widely known as Lake House, is the home and heart of print media in Sri Lanka.  The country’s pioneer print media institution has a history of over 100 years and 25 years of online publishing continues to occupy the number one spot in the print media industry.

Lake House is looking for talented and dynamic individual to fill the above vacancy in the IT Department.

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc Engineering Degree in Computer Science

or

• B.Sc Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology with 3 years post qualifying experience in Systems Maintenance, Database Administration and Network Administration

or

• B.Sc Degree with 07 years post qualifying experience in System Administration, Database Administration and network administration

• Certification in Database Administration or Systems/Network Administration / Computer Security would be an added advantage

Age Limit  -   Below 40 years

Method of Selection

Shortlisted applicants based on the stipulated qualifications and experience will be called for an interview.

 

Conditions of Employment

The appointment will be on contract basis and based on performance contract period will be renewed.
