KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Selling the bank products to the new customers
- Promoting products and services to existing and prospective clients
- Actively participate and conduct events and product promotions to garner sales
- Achieve/ exceed sales targets
- Develop and maintain client relationship
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Should be below 28 years of age
- Should have passed the G.C.E ordinary level examination
- Having experience in customer relation or Sales Field will be an added advantage
- Full or part qualifications in marketing, banking or finance would be an added advantage
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Must be a team player and a Go-getter
- English and Sinhala Language skills. (Tamil would be an added advantage)
