INTEGRATION AND AUTOMATION MANAGER (DevOps Manager) – IT DEPARTMENT

You should ideally,

• possess over 8 years’ of experience in IT out of which more than 5 years of hands-on experience in software development. Should also possess experience in managing, mentoring, and leading software engineering teams
• working knowledge of IBM ESB and Temenos will be an added advantage
• possess a degree in computer science, information technology, systems engineering or a related field or a full professional qualification in IT acceptable to the Bank
• have excellent Project Management skills
• have solid critical thinking and decision making skills
• have an excellent verbal and written communication skills
• be able to collaborate with and lead colleagues

Your main responsibilities will be;

• overseeing the design, implementation, deployment and integration of solutions, ensuring successful delivery, high quality and sustainable solutions
• managing the teams, assigning / monitoring work while ensuring quality and timely delivery
• participating in automation testing and implementation
• providing technical leadership and guidance to the team and the Bank
• acting as a liaison with the senior management
